The other day the stand for my guitar (which I don’t touch very often) just fractured. It’s next to my desk, so I heard it happen. The base of it was made of cast iron which isn’t an ideal choice. While waiting for a new stand to arrive, I put it back in the case, which I haven’t touched in years. Opening it up, the tag originally attached to the headstock when purchased fell out.
