Day 228 – Steinway & Sons

Day 228 - Steinway & Sons

From the back of Steinway Hall West 57th Street.

Silly tidbit: The modern day 7 train travels through the "Steinway Tunnel" from Manhattan to Long Island City is named after the company founder who encouraged it for trolly use. The company built a company town in LIC.

Steinway was also owned by my employer in the 70’s (along with Fender).

Useless trivia. If you lose Jeopardy, you can’t blame me.
