This might be one of the most interesting TEDTalks I’ve seen in a while. It’s pretty clear that these animals are way more aware than you’d think. Their behavior is extremely human like. It’s fascinating to watch.
Here is perhaps the greatest dodgeball move ever. This is part of why I think Dodgeball needs to become an olympic sport.
Anyone want to take a guess what country this is from? I guess this will be successful among the Furry fans.
Warning: The above video could be slightly disturbing.
So apparently this is a thing. I can’t for the life of me understand it. It’s just bizarre to me.
I wish more science was taught this way. Never got to see anything like this in the classroom. It’s like Bill Nye + Mythbusters in the classroom. I love it.
Someone built an amazing LEGO machine here. This thing is like a giant Rube Goldberg machine made out of LEGO. As someone who has a life long love of Rube Goldberg machines and LEGO, this is awesome. This video goes on a while because it’s so big. It must have cost a fortune to do this.
Ongoing debate with a coworker over dog vs. monkey. I feel a monkey is superior (no surprise there). This video suggests they can coexist together… at least when tiny.
Here’s a fascinating story. This guy was so convinced gorillas are different than other animals. The article even note “[t]here is no record of a gorilla ever killing a human.”
It’s really an amazing video to watch. Also: toddler + gorilla is a video you can’t loose with.
So here’s someone who finds a shark and decides that trying to hand feed it is a good idea. Lucky to walk away from this. Having the video just makes it better.
Here’s a cool video of a hard drive in slow motion. Even better when they throw some water on it. Drives move really quickly, 7,200 RPM’s is faster than the engine of most vehicles. Think about that. Crank video up to 1080p and put it in full screen.
