I keep an (slightly dusty) Apple Extended Keyboard II in my closet. I still regard it as one of the best keyboards ever.

I like the IBM Model M as well.

My day-to-day is a Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad. The spacing is very similar to the AE II but it has high action keys (chicklet style like a laptop). I suspect this is not coincidence.
