Firefox Tip: Firefox Problems?
Is Firefox behaving problematic? Just like Windows, Firefox has a “Safe Mode” so you can start it up and fix things. Select “Firefox (Safe Mode)” in the Start menu. This will disable many things to get it started. It also allows you to clear out certain things to fix the problem. Be careful with this, but if you’re having a problem this can be a big help.
Still have problems? Check the Mozillazine forums where there are many helpful users willing to help out if you ask nicely.

The following has appeared in the error console:

Error: missing ; before statement
Source File: javascript: Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method Location.toString
Line: 1, Column: 17
Source Code:

Perhaps this is the source of the error
Error: Warning: unrecognized command line flag -safe-mode
Source File:
file:///C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/components/nsBrowserContentHandler.js
Line: 706
It would appear that there is a malicious Java Script line
Is there a cure?

Hotmail, Windows Live, Any AJAX enabled site for that matter…. I found on : http://willperone.net/Code/as3error.php that quote, “”Uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method to Location.toString”. Only some users are getting this error and others aren’t.”
What is going on mozilla guys!? Installing IE Tab (as i really want to stay with firefox, but it is proving very very difficult to do so - I get “Object not found do you wish to debug” (a bonus of VS 2008 as it were - but only from firefox)… I really don’t want to have to go back to internet explorer but i find that i’m being forced to, to do daily tasks… any ajax enabled site dies… please please please guys… 3.0.1 did not fix this!!!
Re-Creating this is not difficult! A straight forward HTML page will produce this error - it has to be fixable!:
