Firefox Live?
I must be dreaming…
Microsoft’s Photosynth Technology Preview includes support for Firefox in the form of an plugin. It looks like it installs via an extension (which improves user experience by a factor of 10). The plugin is nppsynth.dll for anyone who is curious. Awesome to see MS support alternative browsers.
I’m off to bed for real now.

That’s just a logical next step after trying to force users to their platform via the default browser. Now they force you to stay with Windows via platform dependent add-ons. Now they don’t have to care about whether you use a different browser. Like this you won’t gain independence nonetheless.

Big Gary: Not surprised. Smells like DirectX.
