Firebug 1.0 Beta is available for download. Only played with it for a few minutes, but it looks great so far. I’ll definitely be digging into it and see what’s really new and better in the next day or two.

Surprisingly, it did not work for me. I tried with my recently built Firefox 2.0.0.1pre. I could not even see the tool in the status bar, nor any of the keyboard short-cuts like F12 work
Using it now with 2.0.0.1pre, works OK but was disabled by default..:-)
And looks really good!
