For some of us, the problem is the software provided by vendors.  For example, BMC's Magic Help Desk system is only designed to work with IE.  It has been brought to their attention that it doesn't work with Firefox, but they have no desire to make it work.  It is largely a turnkey system, so there isn't much we can do.  :cry:</description>
