		<description>Yes, that's exactly what I've been saying (in fact I just posted about it here). DRM is nothing new on Macs and there's no reason to assume that this DRM will be used for anything more sinister than previous Apple DRM schemes were.

From what I know the DRM is indeed only invoked when running Rosetta, but currently Rosetta is needed for running the GUI so basically it restricts the OS entirely to Apple's dev boxes. Last I heard someone had managed to get a partially functional GUI running on other hardware (a blue screen with a cursor) but still nothing usable.</description>
