I too LOVE the Rubberband Man Christmas commercial! It’s such a great send-up of the old Rankin/Bass specials that I grew up watching. Here’s hoping they run it again this year! Happy Holidays!!!

I’ll agree with your take on the OfficeMax Christmas commercial. It’s deffinately creative and classy and not over played. I’ve been with this company for a number of years and they have always treated me great. We try to reach a broad audiance in our ads. And what is Dana’s problem? I say your reading into it WAY too much.

I’m glad you mentioned Chrismahanukwanzakah ,.. was my favorite commercial this year… err last year you know what I mean lol hopefully we’llsee it again in 2005.

What the hell r u talking about? “rubber man” is any thing but…there are a lot of other potential dancers out there that don’t have big *** afros, not to mention the fact that the whole basis of Officemax’s commercial appears to be a stereotype of a holiday drug dealer handing out his goods for free…did you not see that? That has been the basis of their previous commercials as well. I guess I don’t see things the way others do…IGNORANT ME! Yeah…right. Dman.
