Mozilla 1.5RC1 Out

Mozilla 1.5RC1 is out. Download Now!
It’s a good release. IMHO big improvement from 1.4. 1.5a wasn’t impressive, but 1.4b was impressive.
So get it now, debug, debug. Lets get some good feedback. I know I’m going to give it a good beating when I get a chance. See how it [...]

Isbel’s Hole

From the best weather service on the planet (Weather.com). Cashed here for historical purposes:

Looks like a hole over NJ. Any time now, I guess it’s going to start getting more windy. It looks like just a faint breeze outside the window. Will know soon enough.
Surprisingly quiet outside. [...]

Apple Ads

Lately I’ve been seeing quite a few Apple ads on MacVillage.net. Since it’s done through an ad broker, I don’t know exactly what’s up. But I hope they keep it up.
With the relaunch, I hope to have things churning real soon. Unfortunately things are going a bit slower than I wanted. [...]

More Camino

Will we ever get more Camino? It seems as if the project as dying.
This makes me very sad. IMHO it’s the best Mac OS X browser. Safari is second. It’s the power of Gecko, and the beauty of Mac OS X.
The best browser I’ve ever used. Also apparently dying.

Looks like a hurricane is coming. At least that’s what the news is reporting. They claim south Jersey is going to get “tropical storm force winds”. According to this, that means 39-74 MPH winds. Yikes.
And that’s if we are lucky. A little turn up north, and could be more.
No classes [...]

And how you you sleepy?

Good read.
Damn interesting. I don’t know what to make of it. But pretty interesting.

VeriSign can go to hell

I’m a bit angry.
From now on any bad URL will resolve to VeriSign. That’s sick. They make money on every typo on the Internet.
My real beef is that they could be selling ads for competition. For example, type appke.com instead of Apple.com, and you could be seeing ads for MS [...]

Virtual Screen

Check out this video screen. That’s great. Imagine watching movies like that? Sounds pretty good. I’m hoping it will catch on. I could really use that.

Isabel to hit NJ?

Looks like we may have a major hurricane in a few days. Not good.

Now that’s reassuring.
